Frozen Sarda Tuna Whole Round

Frozen Sarda Tuna Whole Round (Striped Bonito) by Hongxiang factory is one of the most cost-effective and high-quality tuna raw materials widely used in global seafood canning and seafood processing industry. Compared with traditional skipjack tuna, Sarda Tuna features whiter cooked meat, firmer texture, lower fishy smell and stable yield rate, which makes it highly popular among canned tuna factories, seasoning seafood manufacturers and frozen seafood distributors worldwide.

This Frozen Sarda Tuna Whole Round, directly sold by Hongxiang Factory, is an oceanic wild surface migratory economic fish species. It offers two freezing options for purchasers: ship-frozen and shore-frozen. The fish bodies have been carefully selected and screened one by one by humans, ensuring intact skin and clear eyes and gills, which can be used directly to assess the freshness of the raw materials. This approach reduces post-processing losses from the source. This fish species has dense and firm muscles, making it less prone to breaking or crumbling during processing and cutting. Compared to similar types of red meat seafood, the processed products have stable quality. It can serve as the basic raw material for deep processing factories and is also suitable for multi-channel trade circulation.
